Bilingual Client Service Coordinator

Job description

The Client Service Coordinator serves as a resource for the Client Services team and acts as the front-line contact for Berkeley’s Corporate Clients. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in delivering pre and post-sales support for key client relationships, assisting in developing programs to identify and exceed client objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming client and cardholder calls, and responds or directs accordingly
  • Work with the Client Service team in the intake of new clients, and the maintenance of client records
  • Maintain and input client information into system software
  • Document communication with clients and partners
  • Work collaboratively with Client Service and the other teams to ensure client needs are met
  • Highlight any priority items, take initiative in bringing issues to manager and team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager Knowledge, Experience, Skills Required:

Knowledge, Experience, Skills Required:

  • Bilingual English and French mandatory
  • College diploma/ University degree (marketing, business admin. or relevant field)
  • 1 years proven customer service and relationship management experience
  • Familiarity with credit and debit card markets and products is an asset
  • Proven experience with MS Office Suite

.NET Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled full-stack .NET Developer with a strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality and high-performance web and mobile applications. You will work alongside a small, experienced, delivery-oriented team to create new solutions for the payments industry.

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop high quality and scalable solutions
  • Maintain and enhance existing software solutions and develop new software products
  • Ensure system compliance to financial services regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience as a developer with .NET frameworks and SQL Server
  • Proficient with web development
  • Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in third party integration with banking systems.
  • Ability to design and optimize SQL Server stored procedures.
  • Experience with JQuery or similar technologies.
  • Experience with BizTalk would be an asset.
  • Mobile App development experience will be an asset
  • Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
  • Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to express thoughts clearly, know how to listen, and contribute in a team environment
  • Experienced working in small, hands-on, collaborative development teams
  • Experience working in any of the following areas would be a plus: credit card (Visa, MasterCard)/cash card/debit cards, financial clearing houses, payroll systems, PCI-DSS.
