Job Description

The Client Success Manager is responsible for growing an existing client base and prospecting for new business by identifying, developing and winning customer-focused solutions. They will develop and implement strategic account plans that result in demonstrated revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. The Client Success Manager’s success in acquiring, managing and growing a client base will be rewarded with a strong base salary plus a commission-based incentive compensation package.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for enterprise sales by selling a complex product suite across an entire organization.
  • Aggressively source prospects; develop and close new business within assigned market segment(s) and assigned existing client list.
  • Assists business partners and clients in achieving their goals via applications of their own skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure the client experience is consistently positive and be able to identify, troubleshoot or mitigate any potential concerns.
  • Meet/exceed assigned revenue targets from new and existing clients within the assigned vertical.
  • Be accountable for moving prospects continuously forward in the sales pipeline.
  • Take a leadership role within the Berkeley team to drive all corporate sales efforts.


  • Experience in selling marketing, product acquisition, and/or selling incentive concepts to Senior Executives.
  • Background in Operations in Financial Services is a strong asset.
  • Bachelor degree with 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and the ability to explain basic concepts across all levels.
  • Proven ability selling intangible/conceptual products/services and presenting/closing in a multi-decision maker environment.
  • Experience working in a team-based environment with a razor-sharp understanding of the customer buying process and sales cycle.
  • A well-developed understanding and use of a consultative sales approach.
  • Clear, concise and compelling written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization skills that are consistent with experience using a CRM as part of your sales process. Experience with Salesforce a strong asset.

Job Description

The Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the oversight and management of all Information Technology (IT) system operations and policies. This hands-on position will require you to evaluate, develop plans for, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including security, monitoring, and management of all services and systems. Your job will require coordination of both internal and external resources to implement your plans. The Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer reports directly to the CTO and works alongside a small, experienced, delivery-oriented team to create new solutions for the payment industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise the selection, purchase, delivery, implementation and support of telecommunications, network, server and data center infrastructure services.
  • Oversee, administer, and manage all existing and new IT infrastructure, including internal, co-located, and cloud data centers, networks, disaster recovery, and vendor management as it relates to networks, server and storage management, security, and end-user telecommunications.
  • Manage outsourcing and third-party vendors for IT services, support, products, and integrations.
  • Provide leadership for existing and new programs, policies, and procedures for IT infrastructure operations and security.
  • Continuously work to improve the IT infrastructure operation through evaluation and implementation of industry best practices, benchmark analysis, and metrics.
  • Manage IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands.
  • Establish administrative policies and procedures and ensure staff have proper knowledge and training related to hardware, software, and security.
  • Perform regular security monitoring and auditing to identify possible security issues.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external resources for planning and implementation of IT infrastructure.


  • Experience with AWS, VMWare, Windows Server, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with management of networking, VPN, and phone systems.
  • A strong awareness of security concerns and possible vulnerabilities.
  • Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills.
  • Experience working in any of the following areas would be a plus: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), cash cards, debit cards, financial clearing houses, payroll systems.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or other closely related is preferred.
