Technical Project Manager

Technology

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for a full range of activities to ensure that significant projects are implemented on spec, on the budget, on time and as per client satisfaction. The Project Manager will lead number of key partners, clients and internal projects for Berkeley.

The role requires excellent written and interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with internal and external clients at various levels. The Project Manager will be focused on client or functional program area where specific subject matter expertise on technical implementations is essential.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver projects that require technical PM skills from inception to completion on time, on spec and on budget
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Analyze business requirements and, in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensure solutions are designed that fit both with client expectations and within Berkeley’s strategic direction

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Must have experience in managing projects based on Microsoft
  • Hands on experience in database, SQL preferably MS SQL and an understanding and affinity towards PM in a technical environment
  • Understanding of database design, management, and reporting
  • Work experience in an IT environment/department
  • Must have a strong understanding of clearing processes and prepaid/credit card processes
  • Must have a solid understanding of Agile PM techniques

Client Service Manager

Operations

The Client Service Manager serves as a resource for the Client Service team and acts as the front-line contact for Berkeley’s Corporate Clients.  The candidate will be responsible for assisting in delivering pre and post-sales support for key client relationships, assisting in developing programs to identify and exceed client objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming client and cardholder calls and responds or directs accordingly.
  • Work with the Client Service team in the intake of new clients, and the maintenance of client records.
  • Maintain and input client information into system software.
  • Document communication with clients and partners.
  • Work collaboratively with Client Service and the other teams to ensure client needs are met.

Graphic & Web Designer

Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic/Web Designer. Reporting to the Marketing Team Lead and working alongside a development team, you will develop, execute, and support marketing initiatives for large campaigns and various projects as an integral part of the Marketing and Operations team. You will also be responsible for creating various UI mockups, infographics, email campaigns and web-sites with HTML and CSS, so the professional knowledge of HTML and CSS languages is the must.

You will be working closely with development team to create the UI of company’s suite of responsive prepaid card management tools/products. This includes a desktop and tablet-responsive browser application and a fully responsive web app. This process will include user research and analysis, usability testing, sketching, wireframing, low to high fidelity design, prototyping and information architecture, and a further development using HTML, CSS and Bootstrap framework. You will be working on all collateral designs such as prepaid card and carrier designs. You will contribute to the company look and feel, and help design company materials to reflect a cohesive company brand.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create mock-ups and final production artwork for Visa and Mastercard payment products for various banking partners
  • Design visually appealing graphics for print, web and social media that meet corporate brand standards
  • Work closely with internal business units to assess creative needs and execute design directions based on campaign and project objectives
  • Develop and execute creative concepts from ideation to delivery
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to brainstorm creative and relevant design ideas
