.NET Developer

Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled full-stack web developer with passion in UX development in Angular, good knowledge of Web API design and .NET along with strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality and high-performance web and mobile applications. You will work alongside a small, experienced, delivery-oriented team to create new solutions for the payment industry.

Qualifications

  • Design and develop high quality and scalable solutions

Desired Skills and Experience

  • At least 4-6 years’ experience as a developer with .NET frameworks and SQL Server
  • Proficient with Web/Mobile development
  • Experience/Knowledge in UI frameworks and libraries like jQuery, ReactJS, Play, or AngularJS
  • Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs
  • Expertise in developing Web applications on ASP.NET stack including C#.net, Entity Framework, SQL Server
  • Possess strong understanding of RDBMS and distributed computing
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in third party integration with banking systems
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
  • Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management skills
  • An awareness of security concerns and possible vulnerabilities
  • Experience working in any of the following areas would be a plus: credit card (Visa, MasterCard)/cash card/debit cards, financial clearing houses, payroll systems, PCI-DSS

Director, Channel Management

Job description

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Director, Channel Management is responsible for assisting Berkeley’s business development efforts within our existing client base and sales channels. Specifically, the sales channels are our existing clients and indirect channels in Banking, Marketing Agencies, and Platform providers. The Director, Channel Management will have complete ownership over the early sales cycle, from generating and qualifying leads, and managing relationships. The Director will also have people leadership responsibility and lead the team responsible for our existing clients. Success in acquiring, and growing leads within the Channels client base will be rewarded with a strong base salary plus a commission-based incentive compensation package.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and prospects for the sales team; develop relationship within North America and assigned existing client list
  • Manage and support the client relations team ensuring client demands and requests are met with responsive and quality support
  • Research, qualify, and prospect new potential channels
  • Prepare partner sales forecasts, partner status reports, and recommendations to enhance partner growth and revenue potential
  • Create and maintain detailed and accurate partner/opportunity plans, while updating and communicating them on a regular basis to the Vice President of Sales
  • Understand how to fully demonstrate our products, communicate our best-in-class sales approaches and empower channel partners to do more
  • Identify new areas for business development and hunt for sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to grow new and assigned accounts
  • Present compelling value propositions for prospective clients and existing channels
  • Cultivate client and channels relationships and maintain effective lines of communication between the client and Berkeley to ensure clients achieve and exceed their goals
  • Deliver superior customer experience in order to achieve account retention and growth
  • Meet/exceed assigned revenue targets from new clients
  • Take a leadership role within the Berkeley team to drive all corporate sales efforts

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of successful sales and/or account management experience, including 3-5 years of successful partner/channel experience
  • Industry experience in financial services, pre-paid card, or credit card,
  • Experience in selling to Marketing, Human Resources, VP of Sales, and Senior Executives is required
  • Proven ability selling intangible/conceptual products/services and incentive concepts as well as presenting/closing in a multi-decision maker environment
  • Formal sales training from a reputable and established company is a strong asset (ie. Banking, Salesforce, Xerox, Cisco etc)
  • Experience in enterprise sales – selling complex products/services across an entire organization
  • Experience in handling multiple accounts and meeting/exceed targets each year is required
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize a solution selling methodology
  • Possesses a well-developed understanding and use of a consultative sales approach
  • Experience using a CRM software as part of the sales process
