Client Service Manager

Operations

The Client Service Manager serves as a resource for the Client Service team and acts as the front-line contact for Berkeley’s Corporate Clients.  The candidate will be responsible for assisting in delivering pre and post-sales support for key client relationships, assisting in developing programs to identify and exceed client objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming client and cardholder calls and responds or directs accordingly.
  • Work with the Client Service team in the intake of new clients, and the maintenance of client records.
  • Maintain and input client information into system software.
  • Document communication with clients and partners.
  • Work collaboratively with Client Service and the other teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Highlight any priority items, take initiative in bringing issues to manager and team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bilingual English and French mandatory.
  • College diploma/ University degree (marketing, business admin. or relevant field).
  • 1+ years proven customer service and relationship management experience.

Graphic & Web Designer

Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic/Web Designer. Reporting to the Marketing Team Lead and working alongside a development team, you will develop, execute, and support marketing initiatives for large campaigns and various projects as an integral part of the Marketing and Operations team. You will also be responsible for creating various UI mockups, infographics, email campaigns and web-sites with HTML and CSS, so the professional knowledge of HTML and CSS languages is the must.

You will be working closely with development team to create the UI of company’s suite of responsive prepaid card management tools/products. This includes a desktop and tablet-responsive browser application and a fully responsive web app. This process will include user research and analysis, usability testing, sketching, wireframing, low to high fidelity design, prototyping and information architecture, and a further development using HTML, CSS and Bootstrap framework. You will be working on all collateral designs such as prepaid card and carrier designs. You will contribute to the company look and feel, and help design company materials to reflect a cohesive company brand.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create mock-ups and final production artwork for Visa and Mastercard payment products for various banking partners
  • Design visually appealing graphics for print, web and social media that meet corporate brand standards
  • Work closely with internal business units to assess creative needs and execute design directions based on campaign and project objectives
  • Develop and execute creative concepts from ideation to delivery
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to brainstorm creative and relevant design ideas
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, printers and suppliers to create cohesive designs that reflect Berkeley Payments brand
  • Build the brand through consistent and effective usage of brand imagery
  • Produce presentations for leadership and create presentation templates in PowerPoint

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or equivalent in Graphic Design required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and graphic design (digital and print media) required
  • A proven ability of developing projects from inception through production to final delivery, ensuring that all work is effective, appropriate and delivered within agreed timescales.
  • A proven creative and innovative thinker with a high attention to detail and the ability to deliver ideas to internal clients in time

Senior Sales Executive, Canada – Financial Services

Berkeley is seeking a Toronto-based, Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of branded payment solutions in the field of banking & insurance. The Senior Sales Executive will lead / participate in all aspects of the sales cycle, including generating leads, driving opportunities, manage prospect relationships, and close new business, as well as retain and grow key clients. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset to identify and reach prospects and an individual who has experience in B2B sales.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales territory plan to meet / exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals

Success will be measured in appointments scheduled on behalf of a team of Sales Executives and discovery of new sales opportunities.
