Berkeley Payments congratulates Jonathon Hamburg, CEO, for winning the inaugural Advocate for Women award by Women in Payments.
The award goes to “a man or woman who not only promotes senior female leadership but also encourages and supports the career development of all women in the workplace. He or she publicly celebrates distinguished female leaders, encourages the promotion/hiring of strong female talent and actively mentors and nurtures emerging female talent.”
At Berkeley, 2 of 4 members of our executive team, 5 of 7 members of our IT team, and over 50% of our employees are female.
