Every year we have an annual Camp Berkeley retreat up to a cottage for lawn games, a barbeque and water sports.
It’s important to us that we don’t take ourselves too seriously and remember to take a break. Thirsty Thursdays are filled with drinks, snacks and games every week!

During Fun & Done days, all employees get the chance to socialize over a few rounds of a chosen game. It’s a great way to get to know your teammates.

What is your hiring process like?
We pre-screen all applicants using our HR software. If it looks like we’re a mutual fit, we’ll set up an in-person interview at our downtown Toronto office. There’s sometimes a small homework assignment, and if you nail that — ta da, we’ll email you an offer!
