Interac E-Transfer Webhook Notification
Berkeley will send a webhook notification to clients as soon as there is an update for an Interac e-transfer. Previously, clients used to ping the Berkeley server to enquire about the details of pending e-transfers every 30 minutes until the status of the e-transfer was updated to Successful or Declined or Failed.
User password management
The cardholder portal now has more options for users to manage their password. Cardholders can now update their password from within the cardholder portal.
API Enhancement: Showing a list of card orders
Get card_order_status API has been enhanced to display all the cards associated with a cardholder account. Previously, the endpoint would return details about a single card, but now, where several cards exist to one account (in the instance of a card replacement or renewal), the response will now contain all cards associated with the account.
Improved cardholder transaction history details
The cardholder portal now has improved transaction history to help cardholders understand their expenses.A bug fixed in the Cardholder portal to display merchant names associated with a transaction in the transaction history, whereas before a generic message was present.
