Go Sales partnered with Berkeley Payments to create a disbursements program to pay out direct wages to their door-to-door vendors on behalf of their Telecom customers.

Go Sales is a fast-growing company that provides sales services to one of Canada's largest telecom companies. Their knowledgeable management staff is equipped to teach their field sales reps to optimize income, job efficiency, and job satisfaction. Today, Go Sales is rapidly growing, with several locations across Canada such as Mississauga, Edmonton, Vancouver and Calgary.

To ensure their salesforce is more motivated and committed to achieving excellent sales results, Go Sales teamed up with Berkeley Payments to build out a Direct Disbursements program for their subcontractors. This way, their door-to-door salespeople can be compensated immediately after they earn their commissions.

The Solution

Berkeley’s Open API has enabled Go Sales to provide their cardholders with AFT capabilities, directly through their application. This allows Go Sales Visa and Plus enabled cardholders to load and pull funds straight from the Go Sales Digital Wallet.

Berkeley provides a compliance-as-a-service offering, including KYC and Sanction Screening features, to ensure Go Sales is always compliant. Our user verification solutions are designed to be easy for cardholders, enabling Go Sales to provide a superior client experience while achieving the highest regulatory standards.

Go Sales was assigned their very own Berkeley Payments Program Manager, who works with them one on one to make sure their Visa Direct program runs effortlessly.

24/7/365 Bilingual Cardholder Support

Berkeley provides a white labeled, 24/7/265 Cardholder support via the web, IVR, and live-agent to Go Sales customers; ensuring happy cardholders at any time, anyplace.

The Result

Berkeley built the Go Sales Direct Disbursement program, allowing their subcontractors to immediately access their wages as they are earned. These cards are fully white labeled with an EMV chip and custom branding, complete with full cardholder support - whenever their customers may need it. With Berkeley as their payments-as-a-service provider, Go Sales was able to implement this program in a manner of months, which would have taken over a year to build on their own.
